1. Eligibility

To access our Services, you must be at least 18 years of age and permanently reside in Australia in a jurisdiction where participation in state and territory lottery draws is lawful.

By creating an account you confirm you meet these requirements and that you will not permit any minor to access your account.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate personal information, including full legal name, date of birth and a valid Australian residential address. We may request documentation to verify your identity (KYC) and suspend or close accounts that fail verification.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed authorised by you.

3. Responsible Use

You agree to play responsibly and only spend amounts you can afford to lose. If you believe you may have a gambling problem, please refer to Section 9 for self‑exclusion options and support services.

We reserve the right to impose spend limits or refuse service where we reasonably suspect problem gambling behaviour.

4. Lotto Points & Transactions

4.1 Nature of Lotto Points. Lotto Points represent a prepaid credit used exclusively to purchase official lottery entries via our licensed courier service. Each Lotto Point is priced at AUD 1.00 and applied at face value to ticket purchases. Lotto Points are non‑transferable and non‑redeemable for cash.

4.2 Payments & Refunds. Payments are processed in Australian dollars. You may request a refund of unused Lotto Points within 14 days of purchase, provided the corresponding ticket order has not been fulfilled.

5. Information We Collect

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to our data practices.

6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, web beacons and similar technologies to personalise content, remember preferences and analyse site traffic. You may disable cookies in your browser; however, some site features may not function correctly.

7. User Content

You are solely responsible for any content you post or transmit through the Services. You must not upload unlawful, defamatory, or infringing material. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, graphics, and software on the Site are the property of AussieLuckyGames or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence to use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

9. Self‑Exclusion & Player Limits

You may exclude yourself from play at any time by activating the “Self‑Exclude” toggle in your account settings or registering with BetStop — the National Self‑Exclusion Register. Upon receipt of a valid self‑exclusion notice, we will disable your account and refund unused Lotto Points.

You can also set daily, weekly or monthly spend limits within your account dashboard.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the total amount of Lotto Points you purchased in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Account Termination

We may suspend or close your account immediately if you breach these Terms, provide false information, engage in fraudulent activity or attempt to circumvent self‑exclusion measures.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Revised Terms will become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Services after changes constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

14. Licensing & Regulatory Compliance

AussieLuckyGames is authorised to sell official lottery entries as NSW Lottery Agent Licence No. . Operations are regulated by Liquor & Gaming NSW.
